British Shorthair type cat with folded (lop) ears which lie close to head like a cap. Originated in Scotland. Produced prick-eared variants. Gene for folded ear is linked to thickened tail and hindlimbs therefore must not be bred fold-to-fold. Due to this it is not accepted by GCCF.
